Profile
Golden Furnishing is top of the line furniture and furnishings. It is one of the top three furniture makers of Bacolod City in terms of quality and sales volume. Products include furniture, case goods, table top accessories, accent chair lamination inlay, banana bark frames, cocotwigs accents, and decorative handicrafts, among others.
Golden Furnishing was founded in 1980 and in six years time, captured practically 70% of the homegrown furniture market. Upon research discovery of a valuable wood vine locally referred to as Kahoy Ilahas, it was able to develop a furniture line in the mode of the Vienna design.
Golden Furnishing’s Banana Bark Accent Table was nominated as the most outstanding product design by CITEM International Show Committee in 1994 and won for three consecutive years in the best product category of the ANP Bulawan Awards. It exports products to Europe. The marketing effort is presently geared towards exposure through The CITEM International Show, the Cebu X furniture show, and through other foreign exhibitions. Products are also displayed at the Negros Showroom.
