CIDA PEARL ASSESSMENT: a section

One of the highly self-sustaining associations. Enjoys the advantage of proactive and efficient leadership whose main interest is leave a legacy comparable or better than predecessors. They have enumerated their training needs for their ANP staff. These are technical knowledge, MIS, trainers training, project planning, proposal writing and customer orientation. This is the only association that has fully appreciated and has immediately adjusted to its role as a business service oraganization.
