I am so excited with the new ANP website. It features a new look that is sleek, modern and bold – the exact characteristics of our new ANP logo. I hope that this would be a good venue for all members to keep in touch and updated, and for our partners in the industry to be informed of our developments. Foremost, I hope this would be a good information campaign to educate, entertain, and inspire the public of the success stories and the spirit of volunteerism evident in each and every product and service there is in the Negros Showroom.
Somehow the Lord led me to notice the devotional notebook given by our former ED Christine. On the cover is the Jabez prayer that goes: “Oh that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that your hand would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain.” And God granted Jabez his prayer.
Indeed the Lord is enlarging ANP’s territory. This year, we celebrate our 23rd anniversary with the theme “soaring the horizons”. We are considering a bigger venue for next year’s Negros Trade Fair as also suggested by our Governor Maranon. We are opening another Showroom in Robinson’s soon. We have the fifth sector, the Natural and Organics, getting ready to formally launch their products in the next few months. The Best of Negros website is being re-worked to be more responsive to the needs of the producers and the buying public so soon, we will be making sales even beyond our territorial boundaries.
These are exciting times for all of us at ANP. Let us give positive contribution to the enterprise development of our province, our region and our country. And let us translate our corporate core values of commitment, creativity, excellence, integrity, leadership and professionalism to our own individual companies for this is what will primarily enable us to grow. And always, let the spirit of volunteerism and service be in our hearts so we may do all things willingly and cheerfully.
