Any duly registered small and medium manufacturer of handicrafts, food, funiture, furnishings and garments based in Negros are eligible to join. He or She must accomplish the following:
- Business registration papers, including Mayor’s Permit, DTI Certificate of Registration, Financial Statement (for applicants who have been in operation for at least two years)
- Accomplished Membership Application Form and Product Information Sheet
- Product Samples
- A copy showing the products’ process flow and factory map
- BFAD License for food processors and manufacturers
- SEC Registration for Corporation
- List of Officers
