Any duly registered small and medium manufacturer of handicrafts, food, funiture, furnishings and garments based in Negros are eligible to join. He or She must accomplish the following:
Business registration papers, including Mayor’s Permit, DTI Certificate of Registration, Financial Statement (for applicants who have been in operation for at least two years)
Accomplished Membership Application Form and Product Information Sheet
Product Samples
A copy showing the products’ process flow and factory map
BFAD License for food processors and manufacturers
SEC Registration for Corporation
